THT (G3 : W4 - Monday)

Pretty standard workout this morning. I bought MuscleHack's Arms Blast workout yesterday and it recommends doing it during the week off at the end of a cycle, so that's two weeks from now. It recommends triceps kickbacks for part of the session so I figure I should get some decent practice in.

Long story short, the workout recommends having someone available to drive you home. This is going to SUCK.
