THT (G3 : Blast Week 1 - Arms)

I did the Arms Blast workout for the first time Monday morning. I'm still sore and it's Wednesday, so that's good. I'm not going to list the details of the exercises since it's a paid program, but I'm going to keep records of the weights I used since I've decided to update my THT schedule and I'll need to reference them again in a month or so. I'll also be doing the Leg Blast workout tomorrow morning (Thursday). 

From now until the foreseeable future I'm going to stay on the growth program. I'm also going to keep a structure of 5 weeks total body, blast week, 5 weeks body part split, blast week, repeat. It shakes things up enough to keep me interested and should do adequately at preventing plateaus. Each blast week will consist of legs and another muscle group, either chest or arms for the time being.
