THT (G3 : W8 - Shoulders)
Week 8, here we go. Added weight to the lateral raises and a drop set to shrugs. Switched to the MTS press machine since I'm in NC. Also had a guy awkwardly hovering as soon as I started shrugs. Six smith machines and I'm the hoveree. Great.
I considered pulling up a bench uncomfortably close to watch him after I got done and he swooped in, but figured it's just a waste. People are weird. Move on.
