THT (G3 : Blast Week 2 - Arms)

Well, I could barely unlock my locker at the gym this morning. Arms: blasted. I'll do chest again on Friday and I'll probably just stick to cardio next week for a rest week, though I may do a leg blast at some point just to get some lifting in there and not neglect legs for two weeks in a row.
