THT (G3 : Blast Week 2 - Chest)

I shook up the plan for this week a bit and decided to do chest and arms twice to give my legs a bit of a break. I'm going to start back on total body next week. Good workout today, made good progress from the last workout and the soreness took about a week to subside.
