Cardio - 6/14/16

Well, the sprints are getting a little easier. I did one extra, but the additional push-ups are challenging. Progress is progress, though. I can see my bottom two abs... finally. Bout damn time... shy little jerks. Forward!

A.M. - Weights

[Elliptical Sprints - 30 seconds, 7x
Push-Ups - 20, 7x]

Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3.0 mph @ 10.0 incline
