Cardio - 6/19/16

As a homeowner on a giant hill I can use said hill for good or evil. Today was pure evil. All joking aside, my driveway was basically made for hill sprints, so I've got a new source of weekend cardio. I'm hoping to get a tire and sledge soon as well. Also joined the local Y, so I'm hoping the weights aren't too crowded in the morning.
