Good cardio today. Added some incline walking as well just to round out and add some calf work. 

A.M. - Weights

[Elliptical Sprints - 30 seconds, 6x
Push-Ups - 20, 6x]

Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3.0 mph @ 10.0 incline
