Cardio - 6/7/16

It's difficult to do these sprints on the off days of the 3-day cycle, but I'm definitely seeing the results. I had all intentions of adding at least one more sprint to the end, but the gym in NC is super hot this time of year and I just couldn't stomach it. Oh well. Next time. 

A.M. - Cardio

[Elliptical Sprints - 30 seconds, 6x
Push-Ups - 20, 6x]

Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3.0 mph @ 10.0 incline

Est. Calories ~ 475
