THT (G4 : Blast Week 1 - Chest)

Still a bit sore from the last one, so I should be miserable tomorrow. My triceps are getting a lot of work already this week so I'm thinking I might switch and do legs tomorrow. Went heavier on the flys this time and had a good workout overall.
