THT (G4 : Blast Week 1 - Arms)
Decided to go above and beyond this blast week and hit five workouts. My legs are still shot from the leg blast, but I figured my arms could probably use another day. I switched to the regular curl machine instead of preacher curls for a change. On to the five-day split tomorrow with shoulders up first.
