THT (G4 : W6 - Shoulders)

First day of the five day cycle. I like this one a lot more due to the shorter workout times, and it also keeps me on schedule getting up early every day. I didn't expect the gym to be as crowded as it was, but hey, got everything done and didn't have to wait. Nothing really of note other than getting back into the swing of things.
