THT (G4 : W6 - Arms)
The weights at the Y are a bit lighter on the cable machines, so my numbers are artificially high. It doesn't matter since I'm just using them to keep track and working to failure regardless, but just for notes. They have a preacher curl bench, which I've been missing, so that was a good addition. Good arm workout overall and I'm definitely seeing results from the blast week as well. Once I fully heal up this week I expect to see some pretty good gains.
