THT (G4 : W7 - Chest and Abs)

Got a good chest workout in today, but my strength levels haven't fully recovered from the illness. I dropped a few reps here and there, but nothing too major. Still feeling sore, so progress is progress. I also slowed down on the ab coaster and went with less weight.
