THT (G4 : W8 - Arms)
Of all the days, arm day is my favorite. Increased reps across the board on pretty much everything, and had an increase in weight on the concentration and pinwheel curls. Good stuff. Too bad tomorrow is my least favorite... deadlifts. Ugh.
