Nothing major of note. Still regaining a bit of strength, so my squats suffered a little. No big deal. Also, the gym in NC is perfectly situated between two PokeStops for Pokemon Go... so I may or may not be enjoying the hell out of that luck. My bag is full and I'm a happy guy.
