HIIT - 7/30/16
I ended up with plans to go out of town likely resulting in lots of walking and activity, so I had to shorten the planned workout for a bit. I ended up doing four circuits of sledges, kb swings, and kb clean/presses. I'm definitely exhausted... should be a good intro to next week. I may try to do a similar workout on Tuesday or Wednesday to try and keep 'em separated and make sure my cortisol levels don't get out of control.
