THT (G4 : W8 - Chest and Abs)

Went a little lower on the ab coaster and tried to stick to slower motions. Also got an extra rep on the initial presses. Good progress, and I'm definitely sore. I've got an HIIT workout planned for tomorrow... got a sledgehammer, a tire, and some kettlebells. Can't wait!
