HIIT - 8/14/16
Kept the same number of sets as last week but decided to do a couple farmer's walks up and down my driveway with a 40 kb in one hand and a 50 kb in the other, alternating. I'm liking the setup with these workout and the sledge work is really fun, even though it's exhausting.
