HIIT - 8/7/16

I've been trying to stay active and walking a lot. Pokemon GO has been a major help with that since the girlfriend and I like walking in the park anyway; extra motivation. Anyway, good HIIT workout today. I added a circuit and finished off with some tire flips. Also ended up getting a 40 and 50 pound kettlebell, so I'll be putting those to good use.
