THT (G4 : W11 - Back)

Had to use the fat bar smith machine for deadlifts... I gutted it out and stuck with the heavy weight. My forearms are killed. Definitely got a solid workout. I can already feel the soreness setting in. Really looking forward to chest and abs tomorrow. Not so much the abs. Maybe I'll get to do the hanging leg raises for static and negatives this week.
