THT (G4 : W9 - Arms)
Good workout this morning. I added a couple of short drop-sets to the last of each muscle group exercise for added measure. My arms are definitely filling out more, and I think it's largely due to the slower, fuller motion on the concentration curls resulting from the lower weight as well as the pinwheel curls and their effect on my brachialis. Back tomorrow. Ugh.
