THT (G5 : W1 - Arms)
I didn't have to modify anything today, though the bent over extensions were a little uncomfortable. Regardless, I hit 10 reps on 55 curls... so that's awesome news. Also decided that drop sets to finish out arms would be a good mod for this cycle. I'll probably throw in a few different exercises here and there to shake things up.
