THT (G5 : W2 - Arms)

I decided to do a drop set of standing barbell curls in lieu of making the pinwheel curls my last biceps exercise. I'll stick with this setup for the next few weeks, but if this workout is any indication my growth should be even better. Arms are getting pretty big, and it's been a tough road considering how long they are.
