THT (G5 : W2 - Legs)

I tried a test squat at the end of this workout and it was still pretty uncomfortable, but I can tell I'm getting better. I increased sets on the leg press and cut out the lunges, also added the abductors and adductors to the end. I don't feel like I'm adequately beating my legs up without squats, but there's not much else I can do for the time being.
