THT (G5 : W3 - Legs)
Went heavier on the leg press since I'm frequenting the Y. Back is still sore, but from what I've read about six weeks is expected for the discomfort to cease from a herniated disc. Made it through with no real issues, but I think the run yesterday aggravated my progress a bit. Regardless, got a good workout in, and my legs are feeling it.
