THT (G5 : W3 - Shoulders)
I switched out the regular presses for Arnold presses this week. They require a lot more motion and a bit less weight than normal presses. Everything else was pretty much the same though this one was at the Y, so that explains the heavier machine weights. Also went for a short run to give my back a test. So far, so good.
