THT (G5 : W4 - Legs)

Back at Planet Fitness for legs this week. Pretty basic stuff, but I added in a set of test squats. My lower back supported it, but I can feel the aches setting in. I should probably hold off a bit longer before attempting any more squats or deadlifts. I'll give it two weeks and try another test set.
