THT (G5 : W4 - Shoulders)
Second week with the Arnold Presses and I'm feeling it. Lower back is pretty much pain free at this point, so I'm going to do some test squats at low weight tomorrow at the end of the leg set. Hopefully I'm in the clear, but I'm likely going to keep it light for a few weeks until I'm sure it's healed properly.
