5FIT (C1 : W1 - Chest/Back)
First day of opposing muscles in the new cycle. I have deadlifts scheduled for today, but decided to wait until next week since I hit squats for the first time yesterday. Otherwise, very good day. I hit the rowing motions and focused hard on upper chest. Arms and all the remainders tomorrow!
