THT (G5 : W6 - Arms)
Final dedicated arms day, and had good results. I think for the splits from now on I'm going to do drop sets on the day that tackles both triceps and biceps, so later in the week. Also read yesterday that splitting shoulders up into two days, front-lateral on chest and rear-traps on back, might be viable.
If all goes well, I'm going to be making a workout generator for my new split... more on that later.
