THT (G5 : W6 - Back)

Started developing an Android app a few days ago for a property business and decided I'll probably start on an app for generating workouts since the concepts I'm making are remarkably similar and I can repurpose a lot of the code.

Back day went well. I did a few test deadlifts at 135 with no real issue, so I may start back with those again next week at low weights.
