THT (G5 : W6 - Shoulders)

From next week forward I'm going to be labeling my workouts differently. I'm considering a more "supporting" split starting next week, meaning chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps/legs, rest, repeat, with a cardio day or special workout thrown in on one of the two rest days at the end of the week. I'll likely be doing three exercises for large groups, and two for small since I'm hitting them twice per week. In five weeks time I'll swap to an "opposing"split, meaning chest/back/shoulders, biceps/triceps/legs, rest.

Anyway, this will be the final week of THT. Had a good shoulder workout and added a set of front and lateral raises each. Legs tomorrow, and probably swimming as well.
